What is Rock4Vets?
Rock4Vets is an annual 5K run/walk that brings together people who believe strong communities are built when we show up for one another.
Each year, participants of all ages come together with one shared belief:
No one should have to navigate difficult seasons alone.
Every step, sponsorship, and donation helps strengthen the network of support available to those facing hardship in our community.
Whether you run, walk, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines, Rock4Vets is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and connect with others who care about their community.

Rock4Vets is open to everyone who wants to be part of a stronger, more connected community.
Whether you're an experienced runner, a first-time participant, a veteran, a family member, a volunteer, or a community supporter, there's a place for you at Rock4Vets.
Participants can run, walk, volunteer, sponsor the event, join a team, or simply come out to enjoy the day and support the cause.

Over the years, this 5K has become a tradition for many throughout Northwest Florida. Friends gather, families return, teams reunite, and new connections are made along the way.

Join the Rock4Vets 250 Crew
This year, as our nation marks its 250th year, we're inviting 100 people to come together in support of veterans and neighbors throughout Northwest Florida.
By giving or raising $250, members of the Rock4Vets 250 Crew are helping ensure that no one has to navigate difficult seasons alone.
Together, the 250 Crew will raise $25,000 to support Peoples Hospice Foundation programs that provide financial assistance, community outreach, grief support for children and families, and other services that strengthen our community.
Whether you join as an individual, family, business, or team, your participation is an investment in the people and partnerships that make Northwest Florida stronger.
